Lightning Docs Updates 12.12.25
We have issued an update to the system that modified the following:
| *New Feature* Maximum Guarantor Liability: We have added a feature where you can set a maximum liability for any Guarantor under the Guaranty. To include, select ‘Yes’ to ‘Include a Guaranty?’ and a new question will appear in the interview as shown below .  When ‘Yes’ is selected, there will be a new field on the Guarantor Information > Enter Guarantor page titled ‘Maximum Liability Under Guaranty’. Enter the maximum amount in which the associated guarantor is liable.  The associated provision will be titled ‘Limitation on Guaranty’ and can be found in section 3 of the guaranty. See sample below.  Please note this field will appear on the information page for each guarantor entered, however, this is not a required field. If left blank, a maximum amount of liability will be excluded from the guaranty for the associated guarantor. |
