Lightning Docs Updates 4.24.26

We have issued an update to the system that modified the following:

Update to Rhode Island Notary Acknowledgment: We have updated the notary acknowledgments selection for Rhode Island. Instead of providing a generic option, for most documents the notary certificate will now populate based on the party that is signing the document.
