Lightning Docs Updates 4.3.26

We have issued an update to the system that modified the following:

• Add Guarantor Option for W9: Users who elect to include a W-9 for each Borrower will now have the option to also include one for each Guarantor.  
• Addition of Servicing Pros’ ACH Form: Last week we added Servicing Pros Inc. as an additional option in the Loan Servicer dropdown list. We have now added the Servicing Pros specific ACH form to our platform.
• Addition of DART Language: We have added an new Permission for users who use the DART System loan registry. Once enabled, the user will see a question on the Standard Loan Terms section of the interview. If ‘Yes’ is selected to indicate that DART language should be inserted into the loan documents, DART approved language will appear in the Closing Instructions, Loan Agreement, Note, and Security Instrument.
