Lightning Docs Updates 1.30.26

We have issued an update to the system that modified the following:

• Lender’s Closing Instructions, Section B. Funding Conditions.  
  
  We have added a new item to the funding conditions that defines “Funds” as used in the document. The last item under Section B will now read, “You have received the loan proceeds from Lender (“Funds”) in an amount determined by Lender.”
